The roles that we offer on our graduate programme vary from year to year. Our 2018 programme includes opportunities in a range of roles and locations.

We will review your application against defined criteria and if successful you will be invited to a Skype Interview with our recruitment partners at Futureboard Consulting.
The purpose of the interview is to find out more about you, your experiences and aspirations so the interview includes strength-based and competency questions. If you are successful at this stage you will be shortlisted for assessment centre.
If invited to the assessment centre you will visit a Hiscox office and meet members of our team whilst participating in a series of exercises designed to enable you to demonstrate your skills, ambition and personality.
