The Process

  1. Complete the online application form

    We will review your application against defined criteria and if successful you will be invited to a Skype Interview with our recruitment partners at Futureboard Consulting.

  2. Skype Interview

    The purpose of the interview is to find out more about you, your experiences and aspirations so the interview includes strength-based and competency questions. If you are successful at this stage you will be shortlisted for assessment centre.

  3. Assessment Centre

    If invited to the assessment centre you will visit a Hiscox office and meet members of our team whilst participating in a series of exercises designed to enable you to demonstrate your skills, ambition and personality.

  4. Offers of employment

    Following the assessment centres we will offer roles to the successful candidates.

    Unfortunately, we cannot meet everyone so to make your application standout take time to prepare for each stage of the process. We are looking for people that share our values and can give examples that demonstrate how they have featured in their experiences to date.
